• New toilet amenities
• New lift lobby foyer

Level 4 and 10 are to be fully refurbished with the following inclusions :-

• New ceiling grid and ceiling tiles
• New T5 energy efficient lighting
• New carpet
• New lift walling and call buttons
• New lift lobby foyer
• New toilet amenities

During FY11 building upgrade works were completed with the assistance of a Green Building Fund grant to enable the building to acheive a target 4.5 star NABERS energy rating.
